利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Katamo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用の条件を定めるものです。本アプリを使う方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したうえで本アプリを使うものとします。本規約に書いていないことは、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）に従います。

1. 本アプリでできること

本アプリは、利用者が撮った動画などを再生・解析・比較し、線や角度を描き込むための道具です。本アプリの解析（スイングの検出、印の位置、角度など）は目安であり、正確さを保証するものではありません。

2. 動画の扱い

• 利用者は、自分で撮った動画、または使うことを許された動画だけを本アプリで扱ってください。
• 他人が映った動画を撮る・送るときは、その人の許可を得てください。
• 動画の著作権、肖像権などは、それぞれの権利者にあります。運営者は、利用者が扱った動画について責任を負いません。

3. Katamo Pro（自動更新のサブスクリプション）

• Katamo Pro は、月ごと、または年ごとに自動で更新されるサブスクリプションです。料金は購入の画面に表示されます。
• 初めて購入する方は、1 週間の無料お試しを使えます。お試し期間が終わると、自動で有料の期間に切り替わります。
• 支払いは、購入を確定したときに Apple ID のアカウントに請求されます。
• 今の期間が終わる 24 時間前までに自動更新を止めない限り、サブスクリプションは自動で更新され、更新の 24 時間前から料金が請求されます。
• 自動更新の停止（解約）は、端末の「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」からいつでもできます。解約しても、すでに支払った期間の終わりまでは使えます。
• お試し期間中に購入すると、残りのお試し期間はなくなります。
• 返金は Apple の決まりに従います。運営者が直接返金することはできません。

4. 禁止事項

• 法律や公序良俗に反する使い方
• 他人の権利（著作権、肖像権、プライバシーなど）を侵す使い方
• 本アプリを分解・改変・複製して配る行為

5. 保証と責任

本アプリは、現状のまま提供されます。運営者は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、特定の目的に合うことを保証しません。本アプリを使ったことで利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。保存したデータが消えることに備え、大切な動画は写真ライブラリなどにも残してください。

6. 本アプリの変更・終了

運営者は、本アプリの内容を変更したり、提供を終了したりすることがあります。

7. 本規約の変更

本規約を変更するときは、このページでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを使った場合、変更に同意したものとします。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Katamo (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Anything not covered here is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. What the App does

The App is a tool for playing, analyzing and comparing videos you have recorded, and for drawing lines and angles on them. Its analysis (swing detection, mark positions, angles, etc.) is a guide only and is not guaranteed to be accurate.

2. Your videos

• Use only videos you recorded yourself or have permission to use.
• Get permission from anyone who appears in a video before you record or share it.
• Copyright, portrait rights and other rights in videos belong to their respective owners. The Developer is not responsible for videos you use with the App.

3. Katamo Pro (auto-renewable subscription)

• Katamo Pro is a subscription that renews automatically each month or each year. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
• New subscribers can use a 1-week free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can turn off auto-renew (cancel) at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After cancelling, you can keep using Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Prohibited uses

• Any use that violates laws or public order
• Any use that infringes the rights of others (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.)
• Reverse engineering, modifying, copying or redistributing the App

5. Warranty and liability

The App is provided “as is”. The Developer does not guarantee that the App is free of defects or fit for any particular purpose. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Developer, the Developer is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the App. Keep important videos in your photo library as well, in case data saved in the App is lost.

6. Changes to or end of the App

The Developer may change the App or stop providing it.

7. Changes to these Terms

Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
