Katamo（以下「本アプリ」）は、ゴルフなどのスイングの動画を見る・比べるためのアプリです。本アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」）は、利用者のプライバシーを大切にし、次のとおり情報を扱います。
1. 集める情報
運営者は、利用者の個人情報を集めません。本アプリには、運営者のサーバーへ情報を送る仕組みがありません。アカウントの登録もありません。広告や、利用状況を調べるための解析ツールも使っていません。
2. 端末の中だけで使う情報
本アプリは、機能を動かすために次の情報を使います。これらはすべて利用者の端末（iPhone・iPad）の中だけで扱い、外部には送りません。
- 写真ライブラリの動画：利用者が選んだ動画を読み込み、再生・解析・保存します。カレンダーの機能では、動画の撮影日時と撮影場所を読み、日付ごとに並べます。
- カメラ・マイク：アプリの中で動画を撮るときに使います。撮った動画は端末の写真ライブラリに保存されます。
- 位置情報：「今いる場所を登録」を使ったときだけ、練習場の場所を登録するために一度だけ読みます。登録した場所は端末の中に保存されます。
- 体の動きの解析：「自動で切る」「自動で合わせる」では、Apple が端末に用意している機能（Vision）で、動画の中の体の位置を端末の中で読み取ります。
- アプリに保存したデータ：保存した動画、範囲、描いた線、印などは、端末の中のアプリの保存場所に入ります。
3. 動画を送るとき
「動画を送る」を使うと、利用者が選んだ送り先（AirDrop、メッセージ、メールなど）へ動画が送られます。送り先での扱いは、それぞれのサービスの決まりに従います。運営者が動画を受け取ることはありません。
4. 地図と場所の検索
練習場を地図で探すときは、Apple のマップの機能を使います。入力した検索の言葉や地図の表示に関わる情報は、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って Apple が扱います。
5. 購入（Katamo Pro）
Katamo Pro の購入と支払いは、Apple の App Store を通して行われます。運営者が利用者の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、購入しているかどうかを確かめるために、Apple から購入の記録を受け取ります。
6. 第三者への提供
運営者は利用者の情報を集めないため、第三者に提供することもありません。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは子どもの個人情報も集めません。
8. 情報の削除
アプリに保存したデータは、アプリの中で削除するか、本アプリを端末から削除すると消えます。写真ライブラリの動画は、本アプリを削除しても消えません。
9. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーを変更するときは、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Katamo (the “App”) is an app for watching and comparing swing videos for golf and other sports. The developer of the App (the “Developer”) respects your privacy and handles information as described below.
1. Information we collect
The Developer does not collect any personal information. The App has no mechanism for sending information to the Developer's servers, and there are no user accounts. The App uses no advertising and no analytics tools.
2. Information used only on your device
To provide its features, the App uses the following information. All of it is processed only on your device (iPhone or iPad) and is never sent elsewhere.
- Videos in your photo library: videos you choose are loaded, played, analyzed and saved. The calendar reads the date and location where videos were taken to arrange them by date.
- Camera and microphone: used when you record a video in the App. Recorded videos are saved to your photo library.
- Location: read once, only when you use “Register current location”, to register a practice range. Registered places are stored on your device.
- Body motion analysis: “Auto-trim” and “Auto-sync” use Apple's on-device Vision framework to find body positions in your videos, entirely on your device.
- Data saved in the App: saved videos, ranges, drawings and marks are kept in the App's storage on your device.
3. Sharing videos
When you use “Share video”, the video is sent to the destination you choose (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, etc.). How it is handled there is governed by that service. The Developer never receives your videos.
4. Maps and place search
Searching for ranges on the map uses Apple Maps. Search terms and map information are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
5. Purchases (Katamo Pro)
Katamo Pro is purchased and paid for through Apple's App Store. The Developer does not receive your payment information. The App receives purchase records from Apple only to check whether you have an active subscription.
6. Sharing with third parties
Because the Developer collects no information, none is shared with third parties.
7. Children
The App does not collect personal information from children.
8. Deleting your data
Data saved in the App is removed when you delete it in the App or delete the App from your device. Videos in your photo library are not removed when you delete the App.

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
